T-slots for combined mechanical clamping
Significant reduction in setup time
5-sided machining with simple and fast workpiece positioning
Vibration-free machining and uniform holding force distribution over the entire magnetic clamping surface
Planar parallelism of up to 0.01 mm on the workpiece is possible with pole extensions
Full utilization of the machine, as there are no interfering edges as with mechanical clamping
Distortion-free holding of raw parts or uneven workpieces, as positive clamping is achieved through fixed and movable pole extensions
No more need to support the workpieces
No damage to the magnetic clamping plate in case of cutouts in the workpiece
Easy adjustment of the magnetic holding force for thin workpieces or during alignment using the holding force adjustment
